Processing and delivery

Our typical estimated shipping timeframe is 7–15 business days, depending on the product, fulfillment location, carrier and destination. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Order processing time, weekends, holidays and unforeseen carrier delays may affect arrival.

Shipping methods, any applicable charges and details available for your order are shown during checkout. Do not assume expedited or next-day shipping is available unless the checkout explicitly offers it.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent after dispatch. A multi-item order may generate multiple tracking numbers.

International orders

Shipping availability is determined at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and fees may apply to international shipments, unless otherwise explicitly stated during checkout.

Delivery concerns

If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We will help investigate and provide any remedies required by applicable law.
